• 1 cup milk, full-fat and warmed slightly
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, tightly packed
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
• 1/2 cup softened butter, unsalted
• Optional: 1/2 cup small chocolate chips
• 8 ounces soft cream cheese
• 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
• 4 cups sugar (powdered)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla flavoring
• 2-4 tablespoons milk (adjust if needed)
