• 1 large Carrots finely diced
• 2 - Celery stalks, finely diced
• 250 g Cheddar Cheese coarsely grated
• 2 - Eggs lightly beaten
• 3 cloves Garlic minced
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil plus extra for greasing
• 1 - Onion finely chopped
• 400 g SuperValu Irish Beef Mince
• 2 tbsp SuperValu Tomato Purée
• 2 medium Sweet Potatoes about 500g, peeled & coarsely grated
• 250 ml Vegetable Stock
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
