• 1/2 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs
• 1 package (8 ounces) softened cream cheese
• 2 tablespoons peach juice
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons gingersnap cookie crumbs
• 1/2 cup raspberry jam
