Slow-Cooker Chilli con Carne | Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 pinches JS Chilli Con Carne Seasoning
• 1 onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 red pepper
• 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
• 600 g beef mince
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 2 tins chopped tomatoes (800 g)
• 100 ml stock (beef or vegetable)
• 1 tin sweetcorn (425 g), drained
• 1 tin kidney beans (425 g), drained and rinsed
• 25 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
• 10 g instant coffee
• handful fresh coriander, finely chopped
• 4 tbsp crème fraiche
