• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 3 tbsp butter
• 5 tbsp flour
• 750 ml milk
• 1 egg
• 100 g Parmesan cheese
• 100 g nutmeg
• 100 g salt
• 100 g pepper
• 100 g oil for frying
• 100 g oil for greasing
