Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1 large egg, beaten
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 3 1 ⁄ 3 cups bread flour
• 1 ⁄ 4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
• 1 ⁄ 3 cup butter unsalted
• 1 ⁄ 4 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 ⁄ 2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2-4 tablespoons milk (depending on thickness desired)
