Ingredients
- 1 big cauliflower, broken into similar-sized florets
- ¾ cup milk made from plants
- 2 cups crushed-up tortilla chips
- 3 tablespoons of tapioca, arrowroot, or corn starch
- ¾ cup any all-purpose flour (regular or gluten-free)
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- Sesame seeds sprinkled on top
- 1⅔ cups teriyaki sauce bought from the store
- Chopped scallion tops (mostly the green part)
- Serve with ranch dressing on the side
