Stuffed Cabbage Buns - The Imperfect Foodie

Ingredients

• 1 T yeast
• 2 1/2 c water or milk
• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 t salt
• Flour to make a soft dough (8-9 cups)
• 1 head cabbage, shredded
• 1 onion, diced
• 4 stalks celery, diced
• 2 lb hamburger
• salt and pepper to taste
