• 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
• 1/2 cup whole corn, defrosted
• 4 oz of sour cream
• 1 5-oz can evaporated milk
• 1/4 stick of butter
• 1/4 cup corn meal
• 1/4 cup shredded cheese
• 1 egg
