• 1 lb butternut squash , peeled and grated ( about 2+ cups )
• 1/2 lb feta cheese , crumbled
• 1 egg , beaten
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/3 cup olive oil ( extra for greasing the pan )
• salt , to taste
• pepper , to taste
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
