Ingredients

• 1 pkg fresh yakisoba noodles
• ¼ lb beef, thinly sliced (can also use chicken, pork, or prawns)
• 1 cup garlic spears, sliced (Optional)
• 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
• 1 cup yellow onion, sliced
• 1 Tablespoon carrots, chopped
• 1 Tablespoon cooking sake
• 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
