Ingredients

• 1 tbsp cooking oil
• 1 ½ tsp sweet smoked paprika
• 1 tsp ground coriander
• ¾ tsp fennel seeds
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 large onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 700ml water
• 1 x 400g can of chopped tomatoes
• 2 red bell peppers
• 1 x 400g can of butter beans
• 1 x 400g can of haricot beans
