• 1 cup Potatoes , chopped

• 1/2 cup Pointed gourd , chopped
• 1/2 cup Runner beans , chopped
• 1/2 cup Mooli/ Mullangi , chopped
• As required Mustard oil
• 4 tablespoons Sunflower Oil
• 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 3 Green Chillies , slit
• 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
• As required Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida
• 1 1/2 teaspoons Panch Phoran Masala
• 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
