• 200g raw ground breakfast sausage
• 1/4 cup red capsicum, diced
• 1/4 cup green capsicum, diced
• 1/4 cup yellow onion, peeled and diced
• 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
• 6 eggs
• 250g full-fat cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup gruyère cheese, grated
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
• 1 tablespoon TRUFF Hotter Hot Sauce
• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
