I am always concocting different ways to use olives, I just love them. Here is a recipe I came up with that is always gobbled up in no time.
Ingredients
- 1 jar (375 ml) whole green olives (drained, reserving 2 tablespoons juice)
- 1 jar (375 ml) whole kalamata olives (drained)
- 1/3 cup oil packed sun dried tomatoes (sliced thin, reserving 1 tablespoon of the oil)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
