Bourbon Pecan Pie - Foodness Gracious

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 stick unsalted butter cold and roughly cut into small cubes
• Pinch of salt
• 4 tbsp ice cold water
• 3 large Pete and Gerry’s Organic Eggs, at room temperature
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 2 tbsp molasses
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp Bourbon, optional
• 2 cups pecans roughly chopped and toasted
