- olive oil
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 small can of sweet corn
- 2 garlic cloves
- creme fraîche for serving
- teaspoon (coarse) chili
- 1 lime for serving
- pepper and salt to taste
- large handful of grated cheese
- fresh cilantro or flat leaf parsley
