• 50 g celery diced
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 400 g mushroom diced
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• 2 tsp mustard
• 1 tbsp cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 1 tbsp flax seeds
• salt and pepper
• 60 g bread crumbs
• 250 g puff pastry
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• 10 g sesame seeds
