Ingredients

• 1 package Urban Slicer Pizza Dough Mix (your choice of variety)
• 6 oz ribeye steak , grilled and thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil (plus more for brushing the crust)
• ½ cup roasted garlic (or 4-5 cloves, mashed)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup provolone cheese , shredded
• ½ small red bell pepper , thinly sliced
• ½ small yellow bell pepper , thinly sliced
• ½ small green bell pepper , thinly sliced
• Salt & black pepper , to taste
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)
