• 1 1/2 cup corn breadmix (I use 1 sm box Jiffy )
• 1/2 tsp red pepper
• 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 3/4 can cream corn
• 1 lb crawfish tails
• 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
