Crawfish Cornbread from Food Town

Ingredients

• 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread
• 1/2 green bell pepper
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1/2 diced white onion (1 cup)
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 12-16 oz. crawfish tails
• 3 tbsps butter
• 2 stalks green onions, diced
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 tsp salt (can substitute with cajun seasoning)
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
