• 1 c finely chopped celery

• 1 c white wine
• ½ lb ground pork
• ½ lb ground beef
• 4 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 c beef stock
• 24 oz canned crushed tomatoes
• ½ c whole milk or cream
• Salt and pepper
• Bay leaf

• Parsley (chopped)
• Italian loaf of bread or Baguette
• 4 tbsp butter
• Garlic powder
• Italian season blend
• 1 c Cache Valley® Creamery Six Cheese Italian Blend
• 2 Green onions(chopped)
