- 220 grams self-raising flour
- 30 grams of cocoa ⅓ cup
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 150 grams caster sugar
- 100 grams of milk chocolate grated
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoons golden syrup
- 200 grams of softened butter
- grated rind of 2 oranges
- juice of 2 oranges pulp-free approximately 180-200 ml
- icing sugar to dust optional
