Ice Cream / Sorbet – Sub-Tropical Fruit Club of Qld Inc.

Ingredients

• 6 egg whites, until stiff, 1/3 cup castor sugar
• 600ml thickened cream, 1/3 cup castor sugar
• 600 ml Maleny Dairies Cream
• 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
• 1 teaspoons vanilla paste/essence
• 2 teaspoons coconut sugar (or other sugar)
• 2 ripe mangoes
• 2 raw macadamias
• 3tbs Irish Whiskey (or substitute)
• 450ml of cream
• 2 cups of fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped
• 1/2 cup of lemon cordial
