• 60ml oil /olive oil
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic crushed
• 2 carrots peeled and chopped
• 1 can chopped tomatoes
• 2 cans chickpeas drained

• 1 litre of water
• salt and pepper to taste
