• 1 cauliflower
• 1 onion
• 1 garlic clove
• A thumb of turmeric
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp mild curry powder
• 400g chopped tomatoes
• 50g watercress
• 2 hake fillets
• 150ml + 150ml boiling water
• Sea salt
• ½ tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp water
