Bangers Mash and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

• 1 dozen Hot Italian Sausages chopped
• 1 quart Sauerkraut drained
• 1/2 dozen Large Potato mashed
• 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Pepper to taste
• 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
• 1/2 cup Milk as required
• 1 pinch Dill to taste
• 1 teaspoon Chervil minced
• 1/2 cup Water as required
• 1 medium Onion diced
