Ingredients

• -1/2 pack tofu
• -1/2 onion
• -1/2 pepper
• -1/2 courgette
• -1 carrot
• -2 spring onions
• -2 bit garlic cloves
• -1cm cube of ginger
• -2 tbsp corn flour
• -dressing: 2tbsp soy, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 2 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp peanut butter 1 tsp fish sauce
• -sprinkle of sesame seeds
• -brown rice to serve on
• - handful peanuts
