- -1/2 onion
- -1/2 pepper
- -1/2 courgette
- -1 carrot
- -2 spring onions
- -2 bit garlic cloves
- -1cm cube of ginger
- -2 tbsp corn flour
- -dressing: 2tbsp soy, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 2 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp peanut butter 1 tsp fish sauce
- -sprinkle of sesame seeds
- -brown rice to serve on
- - handful peanuts
