Easy Steamed Mussels - Rub the Beef
Steamed mussels are very tasty, they are also very easy to make, and are hard to mess up. Mmussels are also one of the cheaper seafood options available.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
- 2 tablespoon parsley (chopped finely)
- 1 teaspoon chives (chopped finely)
- 2 cups chicken stock (enough to fill the bottom of the pot by about 1/4")
- 2 pounds mussels (cleaned and debearded)
