- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups vegetable oil
- Mango cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
