Jalanasco Pasta Salad – African Dream Foods
A super easy and delicious pasta salad to throw together as the perfect side for any cookout, pairs perfectly with whatever you are putting on the grill this summer!
Ingredients
- 1lb/460g fusilli/rotini pasta
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, whole or halved
- ½  cup baby spinach, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed small
- ½ cup full fat mayonnaise   
- ½ cup buttermilk
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp garlic, minced
- ½ tbsp lime juice
- 1½ - 2 tbsp Jalanasco - Fermented Jalapeno Sauce
