• 1 punnet, 200g cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 Spanish onion, finely chopped
• 1 tbs fresh chopped coriander (cilantro)
• 1 lime, juiced
• 2 tbs sour cream
• 1 tbs Mamamelisse chilli hot sauce
• 600g chicken tenderloin pieces
• 2 tbs light olive oil
