Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) of prepared Instant Butter Chicken Sauce Mix
• 500 g of cooked boneless chicken
• PIZZA BASE:
• 1/2 tsp (3 mL) of active dry yeast
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) of white sugar
• 1/4 cup (63 mL) of lukewarm water
• 2 cups (250 mL) of all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup (63 mL) of natural yogurt
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) of lukewarm milk
• Salt to taste
• OTHER TOPPINGS:
• 1 cup (250 mL) of grated mozzarella
• 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
• Few mint or coriander (cilantro) leaves
