Butter Chicken Enchiladas - LUDA

Ingredients

• 4 tbsp (60 mL) of prepared Instant Butter Chicken Sauce Mix
• 4 chicken breast, sliced
• 1 packet tortillas
• 200 g of Greek yoghurt
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) of tomato paste
• 1/2 tbsp (7 mL) of onion powder
• 30 g of butter
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) of vegetable oil
• 1 cup (250 mL) of water
• 300 mL of thickened cream
• 1/2 tsp (3 mL) of seasalt flakes
• 100 g of cheese (optional)
• 1 spring onion sliced, for garnish
