- 1 red capsicum, seeded and chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
