Ingredients

• 1 cup yellow corn meal
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup butter (melted)
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 4 tablespoons honey
• 2 green onions (chopped)
• 2 tablespoons raw jalapeno (diced)
• 1 15-ounce can Southwest corn or Mexican style corn (drained)
• 1 1/4 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
