Ingredients

• 1 tomato liquidised
• 1 small packet tomato paste
• 1 two red chillies
• ¾ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeroo
• 1 tap ginger garlic masala
• Potato fry
• Potato cubes
• Red chillies
• arad (Turmeric)
• 2 cups white flour
• ¾ cup nutty wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 tablespoon of a ghee (Clarified butter) and oil mixture (1 part ghee (Clarified butter) 2 parts oil)
