Black Forest Cake Roll

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup chickpea brine
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup vegan butter or oil
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup cornstarch
• 1/2 cup fine sugar
• canned cherries & chopped chocolate
• 1 2/3 cups non-dairy whipping cream
• 1 1/2 packs of cream stabilizer
• 3 tsp powdered sugar
• 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
• approx. 1/3 cup cherry compote
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
