Roast Pies with Cauliflower mash - marinya cottage kitchen

Ingredients

• Left over meat from roast (approx 2-3 cups chopped)
• 1 half of a cauliflower
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 onion chopped
• 2 carrots diced
• 1 medium zucchini diced
• 1/2 cup of frozen peas
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 1/4 cup of meat or vegetable stock (preferably homemade)
• 1/2 cup grated cheese
