Slow Cooker Chicken Marbella | The Kitchen Scout

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1/4 red wine vinegar
• 2 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tablespoons dried oregano
• 6 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
• 3 bay leaves
• 1/4 cup capers with a little juice, divided
• 1 cup dried fruit (I use 1/2 prunes and 1/2 apricots), divided
• 10 large green olives, pitted and sliced, divided
• 1 large shallot
• 3 1/2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts and thighs
• Chopped fresh parsley
