• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 cups spinach, roughly chopped
• 1/4 cup cream (or cream cheese for extra creaminess)
• 2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
