  • 5 medium eggs
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 50g plain flour*
  • 150g dark chocolate, very finely chopped
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 4 medium egg yolks
  • 300ml milk
  • 30g cornflour
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 150ml whipping cream
  • 200g strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 25g pistachio kernels, chopped
