Ingredients

• ¼ grated pumpkin
• ¼ grated cucumber ( squeeze water out )
• 1 grated onion
• Handful of chopped spring onion
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 4 teaspoon sugar
• 3 teaspoon somph
• 2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
• 2 teaspoon dhana
• Salt to taste
• 2 cups flour
• ¾ Chana flour
• ½ cup Rice flour
• Fresh chopped dhania (coriander)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
