Ingredients

• 200g flour
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 eggs
• Approx 2 cups low fat milk add more
• 1 kg chicken fillet - cut into small cubes
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon ginger
• Green masala ( I put 1 tablespoon )
• 1 ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic and herb spice
• Salt to taste
• 7 tablespoon mayo
• A good amount of finely chopped fresh dhania (coriander)
