- 1½ tblsp Full Fat Crème Fraiche
- 200ml Fresh Double Cream
- 8 or more Cocktail Cherries (preferably with Maraschino flavouring) or fresh 1 clementine
- 1 tblsp Split Almonds - freshly toasted (optional)
