Shepherd's pie is surprisingly easy to make, this mince pie is so delicious and great for kids cooking
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 500g lean lamb mince
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 500ml beef stock
- 900g potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 85g Western Star Original Butter, chopped
- 2 tbsp milk
