Potato and Bacon Soup Recipe: Thick, Filling and Easy! - Creating Dishes

Ingredients

• 1.5 kg of potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 2 medium onions
• 250 grams of bacon rashers, sliced and diced
• 1 bacon bone
• 1 tbsp of stock powder, I used chicken
• 1 tsp of crushed garlic, more if you want
• 1 tsp of oil of choice
• water to cover potatoes
• Salt and pepper
• Optional a dash of cream and fresh chives
