Ingredients

• 1 cup ricotta cheese, partly skimmed milk
• 1/4 cup Romano cheese, fresh, shredded
• 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
• 1/4 cup parsley, fresh, minced
• 2 cups tomato sauce, unsalted
• 1 tsp basil, dried
• 1/2 tsp oregano, dried
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 8 oz brown rice pasta
• or
• 8 oz other whole grain pasta
• 4 sprigs parsley, fresh (optional)
