Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp Paprika
• 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
• 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
• 1 Tbsp Ground Coriander
• 1 Tbsp Cloves
• 1 Ground Nutmeg
• 1 small bag of carrots, or about 2 cups of sliced carrots
• 1 head of Cauliflower, florets removed and cut in half
• 1 Yellow Onion, chopped
• 8 cups of Chicken Stock, divided
• 3 cups of Rice
• Salt
• Olive oil
